Ok we got there pretty early 500 pm Didn't really know what to get and so on. We decided on several snacks type things Man o Man. What a great feast we put together.
The wife got chicken satay, I got two orders of vegetable spring rolls and egg fried rice and our son and his wife got dim sum bowls.
The chicken satay was right on point. The spring rolls were Out of this World. The egg fried rice (in my opinion) was the star of the evening
Normally chicken fried rice or vegetable fried rice are great but I find they are greasy with soy sauce and can even be a little heavy.
That was not the case here. The egg fried rice was light fluffy and perfectly cooked.
This dinner in England was a total pleasure. -

This is a good refresher to back home in San Francisco. Bay area dim sum is something I've had since probably before I was even born, my family being chinese. And coming to the United Kingdom, it's not as easy to find a good chinese restaurant, but this was just that. This restaurant had excellent dim sum from classics like har gow and siu mai to my childhood favorite shark fin soup.
The restaurant is clean, the staff is quick and friendly, and you get a waterfront to see while you eat. Overall, a great experience that I'd definitely recommend! -

This is one of my favourite places to bring my family to eat. The service is so fast and the food is always so well presented. The flavours are amazing. I find that some times when you eat at a Chinese restaurant that food tend to taste the same regardless of what you eat... But not yi-ban! Everything is full of flavour and fresh. The location is great with a decent size car park outside. The views of the river and people canoeing are cool. I haven't used the bar before but they seem well equipped if you want to have a few drinks.
Overall I love it.
It can get a bit noisy. But that's due to the amount of people here at lunch time on a weekday!!!! The staff are friendly and usually come and play or interact with the kids without any prompting. Which is great to help them stay sane (parents will understand the pain) -

Had dinner with a group of 18, and food was served relatively fast. Authentic Chinese cuisine. Would not recommend their roasted pork - well below par, compared to the traditional roasted pork. Do not expect friendly service, but then again, that's the norm in typical Chinese Restaurant.

Hiding in the heart of the Docklands, this restaurant looks very industrial from the outside. We genuinely didn't expect to find it so pleasant on stepping inside - nor so busy! Almost every table was packed.
The staff were attentive and let us know that there would be a long wait for food, but were happy to bring us drinks and keep us posted with what the status was with regards our orders. The restaurant was clean, well-kept, and felt professional.
The food itself was delightful - authentic, tasty, with just the right portion sizes for our appetites.
